Bug Fixes

Hey there,

Small patch to fix a memory leak and mild re-balance. 

Changes include

- Added a new Spitter to 1-4

- Bug fixes

I plan to re-balance the recoil effects in a later patch alongside making a more accessible level editor then the current iteration which requires you to use "room_goto r_editor" in the console command. If you notice any further memory leaks please email noah@fennecs.dev
